3. Electroplating Process.
The electroplating process should be treated with electropaint, which is more wear-resistant and not easy to scratch. After electroplating, the combination of copper and coating is very strong, the appearance is as bright as new, there are no pinhole black spots and other appearance quality problems, strong anti-corrosion, long service life.
The electroplating process of inferior brass hardware accessories is relatively simple: layer plating domestic glue copper, the second layer acid copper plating (incomplete cleaning), the third layer nickel plating (there are many small pinholes), the fourth layer chromium plating, the fifth layer is plated with clear protective oil (the appearance is very simple scratch). The bonding degree of the residual copper coating in general, the electrocoating is thin, easy to fall, the appearance is not enough, there are pinholes, black spots, and other appearance quality problems, poor anti-corrosion function, short service life.
4. The Price.
Generally speaking, The price of the shower room with high-quality copper hardware accessories is relatively high, while the price of the shower room with inferior copper hardware accessories is relatively low.
